C. A record filed on behalf of a dissolved limited liability company that has no members must be signed by the person winding up the limited liability company's activities under section 1597, subsection 1 or a person appointed under section 1598, subsection 2 to wind up those activities.   [PL 2009, c. 629, Pt.
