§5-118. Multiple appointments or nominations

If a respondent or other person makes more than one appointment or nomination of a guardian or a conservator, the latest in time governs. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
