§320-X. Rules

The department shall adopt rules to implement this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A. [PL 2025, c. 183, §1 (NEW); PL 2025, c. 183, §4 (AFF).]
