§1807. Unfair trade practice

A repair facility's failure to comply with this subchapter constitutes an unfair trade practice under Title 5, chapter 10. [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).]
