Before demanding payment of any charge, a repair facility must allow a customer to inspect replaced parts and must return replaced parts to the customer on request unless the facility is required to return the parts to the manufacturer or distributor under a bona fide warranty or exchange arrangement.   [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt.
