§2385-A. Medical expense deductibles
Each insurer transacting or offering to transact workers' compensation insurance in the State shall offer deductibles for medical expenses as follows.

                  1. 
                                Optional deductible of $250. 
                                To employers who are not experience-rated, insurers shall offer a deductible of $250 per occurrence.
