If the record owner of shares is a minor and the shares are voted under this subchapter by the minor, a guardian or other legal representative of the minor or a natural or adoptive parent of the minor, the minor may not thereafter disaffirm or avoid that vote.   [PL 2001, c. 640, Pt.
