Resolve, to Designate Interstate 95 from Augusta to Houlton as the Purple Heart Trail
Sec. 1. Designate Interstate 95 from Augusta to Houlton as Purple Heart Trail. Resolved: That, notwithstanding Resolve 1965, chapter 31, the Department of Transportation shall designate that part of Interstate 95 that starts in Augusta and continues through to Houlton as the Purple Heart Trail and shall erect appropriate signs along the highway to proclaim this designation. The Department of Transportation shall continue to maintain signs erected at rest areas on that part of Interstate 95 that starts in Augusta and continues through to Houlton memorializing Brian M. Jewett.
