Resolve, Directing the Bureau of Health to Develop a Comprehensive Plan for the Detection and Treatment of Hepatitis C
Sec. 1. Development of plan. Resolved: That the Department of Human Services, Bureau of Health shall develop a comprehensive plan to detect and define treatment for hepatitis C. This plan must include a program for education, statewide testing and counseling and recording of all confirmed cases of hepatitis C.
Effective September 21, 2001, unless otherwise indicated.
