PART TT

     Sec. TT-1. Breast and cervical cancer treatment. The Department of Human Services shall amend the rules regarding eligibility for the Medicaid program and the state Medicaid plan to grant eligibility to women who have breast or cervical cancer diagnosed through the Maine Breast and Cervical Health Program. The program shall provide full Medicaid services for the duration of treatment for these cancer patients with resources provided by state and federal funds.

     Sec. TT-2. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Part.

Medical Care - Payments to Providers

Provides funds for full Medicaid services for women who have breast or cervical cancer diagnosed through the Maine Breast and Cervical Health Program.

     Sec. TT-3. Allocation. The following funds are allocated from the Federal Expenditures Fund to carry out the purposes of this Part.
