Sec. N-1. 29-A MRSA §456-C, first ¶, as enacted by PL 2005, c. 12, Pt. III, §44, is amended to read:
Beginning November 1, 2006 and notwithstanding section 468, subsection 2, the The Secretary of State shall issue sportsman registration plates pursuant to section 468.
Emergency clause. In view of the emergency cited in the preamble, this Act takes effect when approved.
Effective June 17, 2005.
