An Act To Conform to Federal Standards Maine's Law Regarding Strip Searches of Persons in Custody
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §200-G, sub-§2, ¶A, as enacted by PL 1983, c. 789, §1, is repealed.
Effective September 13, 2003, unless otherwise indicated.
