Resolve, Directing the Department of Human Services to Conduct a Review of Certain Reimbursement Rates under the Medicaid Program
Sec. 1. Review of certain reimbursement rates under the Medicaid program. Resolved: That the Department of Human Services shall conduct a review of the reimbursement rates under the Medicaid program for occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech, language pathology and audiology services; and be it further
Sec. 2. Report. Resolved: That the Department of Human Services shall report to the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services by December 31, 1999 on its review of reimbursement rates for occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech, language pathology and audiology services and shall include recommendations for action.
