Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Learning Systems
All Other $72,210
Provides funds to increase the state subsidy for adult education by 2% in fiscal year 1998-99.
Effective September 19,1997.
