Sec. C-1. 18-A MRSA §9-302, sub-§(c) is enacted to read:
(c) When the department consents to the adoption of a child in its custody, the department shall immediately notify:
(1) The District Court in which the action under Title 22, chapter 1071 is pending; and
(2) The guardian ad litem for the child.
Effective June 30, 1998, unless otherwise indicated.
