Provides for the deallocation of Personal Services funds due to salary savings in the maintenance program.
Highway and Bridge Improvement
Capital Expenditures 1,000,000
Provides for the allocation of funds necessary to provide sufficient funding for the fiscal year 1997-98 Supplemental Reconstruction program.
