Sec. FFF-1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Part.

Land for Maine's Future Fund
All Other $3,000,000
Provides funds for acquisitions that will be targeted to sites with outstanding recreational, scenic, natural or wildlife values in accordance with the policies and criteria developed by the Land for Maine's Future Board. These funds will be matched with at least $1,500,000 in public and private funding. Up to 20% of this appropriation must be expended for farmland preservation, as determined by the Land for Maine's Future Board.
