Sec. R-1. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer $200,000 in fiscal year 1997-98 and $300,000 in fiscal year 1998-99 from Collector Road Demonstration Award funds within the Collector Road Program, Other Special Revenue Account in the Department of Transportation to Highway Fund undedicated revenue no later than June 30, 1998 and June 30, 1999.
Emergency clause. In view of the emergency cited in the preamble, this Act takes effect July 1, 1997.
Effective July 1, 1997, unless otherwise indicated.
