Sec. HH-1. Revenue reprojection. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, section 1513, subsection 1, Title 5, section 1517 and Title 30-A, section 5683, subsection 3, the February 1997 increase of revenue estimates for fiscal years 1996-97, 1997-98 and 1998-99 calculated during the First Regular Session of the 118th Legislature does not increase the transfer to the Maine Rainy Day Fund, the transfer to the Retirement Allowance Fund or the appropriation to the Property Tax Relief Fund.
