Sec. GG-1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Part.

JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT
Courts - Supreme, Superior, District and Administrative
Personal Services ($500,000)
Deappropriates funds from projected salary savings.
Sec. GG-2. Unexpended balance. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any unexpended balance of funds appropriated from the General Fund to the Judicial Department for personal services in fiscal year 1996-97 does not lapse but carries forward to the next fiscal year.
