Sec. O-1. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Controller may transfer $19,773 in fiscal year 1997-98 in the Bureau of Land and Water Quality - Dam Registration account in the Department of Environmental Protection to General Fund undedicated revenue no later than June 30, 1998.
