§475. Rulemaking
The superintendent may adopt rules governing the trust activities of financial institutions. Rules adopted pursuant to this
section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II-A. [1997, c. 398, Pt. I, §41 (NEW).]
