§9-308. Right to prepay
A consumer may prepay in full or in part the unpaid balance of a consumer credit transaction that is an alternative mortgage
transaction, as defined in section 9-302, subsection 1, at any time without penalty. [1995, c. 614, Pt. A, §16 (AMD).]
