§379. Sales above fixed price; unlicensed sales; gifts

No person may sell a ticket or share at a price greater than that fixed by rule of the commission. Any person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not more than $200 may be adjudged. [1987, c. 505, §2 (NEW).]
