§1707. Intentional, knowing or reckless introduction of a disease or pathogen
A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly introduces or takes a substantial step or action that could introduce
a disease or pathogen to livestock or poultry commits a Class D crime. [2001, c. 572, §22 (NEW).]
