Title 5, §18257: Cessation of membership

A member ceases to be a member of the Participating Local District Retirement Program if the member: [2007, c. 491, §209 (AMD).]

1. Withdrawal. Withdraws accumulated contributions;

2. Beneficiary. Becomes a beneficiary as a result of the member's own retirement; or

[ 1985, c. 801, §§ 5, 7 (NEW) .]

3. Death. Dies.
