§2202. Fees
1.Fees established.
The department shall establish procedures to charge fees specified in this article and pursuant to the requirements of this
article. All fees collected by the department under this article must be deposited into the Maine Solid Waste Management
Fund.

3.Payment.
A person who delivers solid waste to a solid waste disposal facility shall pay all fees established under this article to
the operator of the solid waste disposal facility.
