§2170. Host community benefits; application limited to facilities owned or operated by the office

This subchapter applies only to solid waste disposal facilities owned or operated by the office. Wherever in this subchapter the term "solid waste disposal facility" or "facility" is used, those terms may be construed only to mean a solid waste disposal facility owned or operated by the office.
