As used in this subchapter, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings. [1981, c. 478, §7 (NEW).]
1.Discharge.
"Discharge" includes, but is not limited to, any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, disposing, emptying or dumping
of hazardous waste onto the land or into the water or ambient air.
