1.False statements. A person who intentionally or knowingly makes a false statement in the written application for a permit to carry a concealed
firearm or any documents made a part of the application commits a Class D crime.

2.Carries or conceals dangerous weapon. A person who violates section 2001-A commits a Class D crime.
