§1472. Qualifications for adjuster license
1.Issuance of license. The superintendent may not issue, continue or permit to exist any license as an adjuster, except in compliance with this
chapter or unless the person meets the requirements of subsection 2.

2.Qualifications. In order to be licensed as an insurance adjuster, a person:

B. Must be competent, trustworthy, financially responsible, and of good personal and business reputation; and [1997, c. 457, §23 (NEW); 1997, c. 457, §55 (AFF).]
