Notwithstanding Title 5, section 18, subsection 1, paragraph B, all members of the state-level advisory committee established under section 7209, subsection 2 and all employees, contractors, agents and other representatives of the state intermediate educational unit are deemed executive employees solely for purposes of Title 5, section 18.
