If a license or registration is suspended pursuant to Title 19-A, section 2201, the suspension remains in effect until the person is in compliance with a court order of support. On condition of payment of a $25 reinstatement fee to the department, the suspension is rescinded and the license reinstated. [2003, c. 520, §3 (NEW).]
