§12254. Labeling traps
1.Prohibition.
A person may not set a trap for any wild animal without having the trap plainly labeled with that person's full name and
address.

2.Penalties.
The following penalties apply to violations of this section.
A. A person who violates subsection 1 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may

B. A person who violates subsection 1 after having been adjudicated as having committed 3 or more civil violations under this
