Item 6
Amend the amendment by striking out all of the first and 2nd
paragraphs after the substitute title and inserting in their
place the following:
'Further amend the resolve by striking out all of the
emergency preamble.'
Further amend the amendment by inserting after section 5 the
following:
'Further amend the resolve by striking out all of the
emergency clause.'
SUMMARY
This amendment removes the emergency preamble and the
emergency clause from the resolve.
