Amend the amendment in subsection 7 in the last 4 lines (page
2, lines 42 to 45 in amendment) by striking out the following:
"For purposes of imposing a penalty for a violation of subsection
2, each day that a request for leave under this section is denied
constitutes a separate violation."

 
SUMMARY

 
This amendment removes language that provides that each day
that a request for leave is denied constitutes a separate
violation.
