Further amend the amendment in subsection 1 in the 6th, 7th and 8th lines (page 1, lines 31 to 33 in amendment) by striking out the following: "Starting October 1, 2006, the minimum hourly wage is $6.75 per hour.__Starting October 1, 2007, the minimum hourly wage is $7.00 per hour." and inserting in its place the following: 'An employer with employees who work at least a total of 160 hours per week or with gross revenues of $500,000 or more per year shall pay a minimum hourly wage of $6.75 per hour starting October 1, 2006 and $7.00 per hour starting October 1, 2007.'

SUMMARY

This amendment provides that the increase in minimum wage applies only to employers with employees who work at least a total of 160 hours per week or with gross revenues of $500,000 or more per year.
