Amend the bill in section 4 in subsection 2 by inserting after
paragraph C the following:

 
'D.__Bonds may be issued by the authority only to finance
projects that are substantially located within Aroostook
County.'

 
SUMMARY

 
This amendment restricts the authority of the Loring
Development Authority to issue bonds only to finance projects
that are substantially located within Aroostook County.
