| Further amend the resolution in that part designated "Section |
| 1." in the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th lines from the end (page 1, |
| lines 22 to 26 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "nor may |
| any person convicted of murder or a Class A crime or a crime in |
| another jurisdiction that is comparable to murder or a Class A |
| crime be entitled to the right of suffrage while that person is |
| imprisoned in a jail or correctional facility in the State" and |
| inserting in its place the following: 'nor may any person |
| sentenced to a term of imprisonment in a state correctional |
| facility be entitled to the right of suffrage while that person |
| is imprisoned' |
