	This bill includes ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds base allocations of $500 per year beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 to the Maine Community Development Financial Institution Fund within the Department of Economic and Community Development to authorize the expenditure of funds for grants and loans to eligible institutions and enterprises to promote housing and community development, capital access, housing access and small business support in the event money is received from public or private sources.
