Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill includes one-time General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $182,717 in fiscal year 2026-27 for a two-year pilot program to develop one children's assertiveness community treatment team to provide children's assertiveness community treatment services. Federal Expenditures Fund and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations are also include for the FMAP match for the cost of children's assertive community treatment services provided.
