Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 to the Bureau of Human Resources within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services and allows the State Controller to transfer $2,000,000 on or before June 30, 2027 from the Salary Plan program, General Fund account within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to provide funding to issue a request for proposals and contract with an experienced consultant to complete market pay studies and reviews prior to the report deadline of September 30, 2028.
