Department of Education to convene teachers and other educators and experts
to develop best practices in de-escalation and behavior intervention
practices and to distribute the best practices to all SAUs in the State by
September 1, 2026 will increase costs to the department. The ability of the department to complete
these requirements without impacting other programs and services can not be
determined at this time. |
