This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $25,000 in fiscal year
2025-26 to the Maine Arts Commission to hire a consultant to conduct the
required study and prepare the required report. |

Any additional
costs to the Office of Attorney General associated with consulting on the
study are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
