	This bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $25,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 to the Maine Arts Commission to hire a consultant to conduct the required study and prepare the required report.
	Any additional costs to the Office of Attorney General associated with consulting on the study are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
