Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $137,990 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $163,286 in fiscal year 2024-25 for one Public Health Educator III position for public education and outreach, to adjust the funding between General Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds to account for the free tests being funded 100% by the General Fund and for free water testing for certain contaminants.
