Requires cooperative agreements between school administrative units and career and technical education centers and regions to include an equivalency agreement for credit gained through a career and technical education program to be accepted as a core credit toward a high school diploma for each of the school administrative units governing or affiliated with the center or located in the career and technical education region beginning with the school year starting after June 30, 2025. School Moderate statewide
Pursuant to the Mandate Preamble, the two-thirds vote of all members elected to each House exempts the State from the constitutional requirement to fund 90% of the additional costs.
