|
This bill
includes ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $9,000,000
beginning in fiscal year 2023-24 to the Lake Restoration and Protection Fund
(LRPF) within the Department of Environmental Protection to allow
expenditures related to projects that improve or maintain the quality of lake
waters. The allocations are funded by annual transfers of $9,000,000 by June
30th of each fiscal year from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the LRPF beginning in fiscal year 2023-24. |
