This bill expands
the Address Confidentiality Program. The Department of Secretary of State has
indicated that this expansion will necessitate additional expenditures of
$113,053 for one Planning and Research Associate II position and related
costs to process additional requests through the program. The bill requires
the Secretary of State to implement the new requirements within existing
resources and no allocation is included. Any impact on other programs and
services cannot be determined. |
