Removing the 1%
"hemp" and "certified seed source" definitions will
eliminate the anticipated revenue loss in the bill and the deallocation in
Committee Amendment "B" is reversed. As amended, any additional
costs to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry due to the
remaining provisions in this bill are anticipated to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
