This amendment
removes the requirement that the Department of Environmental Protection
report the findings of an assessment of the environmental impact of winter
maintenance for certain private ways in Windham on surrounding water bodies
and the fiscal impact on the DEP expressed in the committee amendment is
reversed. Instead, the Town of Windham
is required to complete the reporting. |
